DreamTale Comic Book Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using DreamTale Comic Books. By browsing, registering, creating, or purchasing, you agree to these rules.
1. Service
DreamTale provides AI comic generation, character generation, story generation, preview reading, full-book unlocks, voice-cloned narration, and related order services.
AI output is probabilistic. We continuously improve likeness, consistency, and story quality, but cannot guarantee every result will exactly match expectations.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, explicit, violent, discriminatory, impersonating, or privacy-violating materials. If you use a public figure or third-party likeness, you are responsible for ensuring the use is lawful.
3. Payments, unlocks, and refunds
This product is billed per book. You may review preview pages before unlocking the full comic book, high-resolution output, or related add-ons.
Once digital content is unlocked or full generation has started, refunds are generally not available unless there is duplicate billing, non-delivery, or a verified system error.
4. Intellectual property
Your uploaded photos, voice recordings, and original materials remain yours or belong to their lawful rights holders. You grant DreamTale a limited license to process them to provide the service.
DreamTale's brand, interface, code, generation flows, prompt systems, and templates remain owned by DreamTale or the relevant rights holders.
