DreamTale Comic Book Privacy Policy
We collect as little data as possible and process personal information only to generate comic books, complete orders, provide support, and keep the service secure.
1. Information we collect
Account data such as email, nickname, and login state for account creation and saved work.
Creation materials such as uploaded photos, character descriptions, pet details, story preferences, art style choices, and voice samples for comic and narration generation.
Order data such as purchase records, order status, payment result, and necessary delivery details. Full card credentials are processed by licensed payment providers and are not stored by DreamTale.
2. How we use information
We use information to generate preview pages, full comic books, voice narration, saved works, order unlocks, customer support, and security checks.
We do not sell personal information or use photos and voice samples for unrelated advertising profiles. If future model training or public display requires such data, we will request explicit consent.
3. Photos and voice data
Photos and voice samples are sensitive. Access is restricted and use is limited to generation, preview, narration, and support scenarios requested by the user.
You can request deletion through account tools or customer support. We delete or anonymize valid requests within a reasonable period, except records that law requires us to retain.
4. Third-party services
We may use selected providers for AI generation, payments, storage, notifications, and analytics. We share only the data necessary to provide the requested service.
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or local payment channels as shown at checkout.
